Get your kids moving the right way.

Our personal movement patterns can help us feel strong and capable as we age, or increase the risk of pain and injury. The good news is, if we develop healthy movement patterns when we are young it can help to avoid us experiencing pain or injury from bad habits as we get older.

As part of our Movement Training program we can provide fun sessions to teach children how to move in ways that are healthy for their body as they grow and enjoy sport and activites.
